I may have a solution for you, however the Curt Class II Receiver Hitch # C12114 referenced in your question will not fit your 2007 Lexus LS460. It does look like there was a generation change starting in 2012 with the LS models, which is why this particular hitch is only a fit for the 2012-2017 Lexus LS 460. There is not a trailer hitch currently available that will work for your vehicle.

If you were planning on using the trailer hitch to transport your bikes with a carrier, I recommend looking into a trunk-mounted bike rack. The Thule Passage 2 Bike Carrier # TH910XT is a great option, as it is confirmed to fit your 2007 Lexus LS 460 and can hold up to 2 bikes at 35 pounds each. The carrier features 6 attachment straps that will securely mount the bikes and cushioned anti-sway cradles that will prevent bike-to-bike and bike-to-vehicle contact. The soft rubber pads on the rack's base will also protect your Lexus surface from any scratches or abrasions. I recommend adding the Passive Security Strap # TH533 to secure the rack to the vehicle and help deter theft.

I have included a demonstration video on this bike rack so you can get a closer look at all of its features.

One thing you may also need with any hanging-style bike rack is an adapter bar like the Kuat # UB01. This is needed if you plan on transporting any children's, woman's, or alternative frame bikes. It will provide a horizontal attachment point for level transport and improved ground clearance. I have attached a short video demonstration on this product so you can see exactly how it works and why it might be needed.
