The manufacturers instructions includes several color pictures that were taken through the installation process. I have linked them below for you to reference.
Currently we do not have a video available for the installation of the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C12114 for your 2012 Lexus LS460.
Curt rates the installation as a challenging installation as removal of the rear bumper is required and trimming of the underbody panel. They estimate that it will take a novice installer 3 hours to complete the installation.
