Fit perfectly in my 2024 Bronco Sport. Watch the video since the instructions don't cover the bolt head grinding issue.
Did this by myself and used the top from the review by Randy and removed the rear heat shield, used wire to hold back the plastic brackets, and the hitch went in with help from a floor jack. I ended up cutting the bumper cover several times since I was afraid of cutting too much.
Easy to install, I recommend watching the video. I rigged a hitch drop to my floor Jack and it made the solo install a breeze! I didn’t want to drill at my new frame to help the bolts fit in the access hole either. Instead I shaved a millimeter off the edge of each bolt head with a bench grinder on one spot and they fit right in.
Great quality hitch. Love the matte coating , giving 4 stars simply because the way to cut the lower flashing to fit around the receiver portion is really a complete guess. Theres no included template or no way of even getting a close idea of how much you need to trim. I did not have to widen the gap to fish my locking plates and bolts. Just put the bolts in head first and gave little wiggle. Dropped right into place. Very simple install otherwise on 24 Bronco Sport Outer Banks .

Exactly what I wanted.
Install was about 1.5 hours . Wish it came with cut template because the recommended alterations to bumper cover could be a lot nicer looking with a template.
Watching the video and reading the comments was key to a successful install on our 2022 Bronco Sport. We filed off part of the bolt heads to fit them through the hole in the frame vs cutting out more of the frame hole (thanks to a comment from another install)...made that step much easier. Highly recommend a helper under the car when attaching the receiver to the frame and working it in past the heat shield. We don't have access to a lift, so backed the bronco up onto ramps we use for oil changes, chocked the front wheels, and that gave us plenty of clearance to work underneath. Chose this product for the matte finish...very well constructed and all the install parts fit nicely. Finished install looks great, and now have a way to transport mountain bikes! Have used etrailer for multiple items for vehicles and always appreciate the videos and support!

Finally received the receiver that I was supposed to have received last Friday even though E-trailer website said I would have it Friday. I called and asked about it and was told they couldn’t do anything about it. I just received it so I have no idea to how the install will go.
Very well made custom receiver that fit our daughters 2023 Ford Bronco Sport. It fit perfectly, is stout and well made. I'm sure it will serve her fine as she puts on bike racks, cargo baskets and tows our kayak trailer.
However, I have two gripes and its why I don't give it a five star rating. Installation requires one to enlarge the access hole in the frame. This is the most difficult part of the installation and one that can potential injure the installer (ie) slam your hand into the frame if your bit catches, or metal shards in your eye if grinding with a Dremel without eye protection. Providing carriage bolts with a slightly smaller head is all that is needed to avoid this step. Also, the instructions were very difficult to read. It was unclear as to what side of the heat shield the hitch was to be on. And the cut out of the bumper plastic needs to be about 3/4" higher than shown. Other than that, this is a nice quality hitch that was delivered almost immediately and had all the parts necessary for a good install.
Great product. A little tricky to install but eventually got it.
Fit as advertised, I installed myself , not that hard if you are mechanical inclined, I have a lift at home so that helps but can be done without a lift ,I like the way it tucks up close to the body, nothing hanging down to catch on rocks .

Everything lined up perfectly. For me that was important because I did the install by myself. No extra hands to shimmy and shift things. I did find that removing the rear horizontal heat shield helped to lift hitch into place. I ordered this hitch because the installation required removing less. Sorry no pictures since I was alone.

Nice fit and etrailer has a video guide for installation.
Really solid design. Installed solo, but an extra set of hands to get it up and in place would be more than helpful. Ground the heads of the bolts to the same width as the backing plates to allow easy insertion through the frame rails - worked great. A note indicating the assembly goes in between the heat shield and the facia would also be helpful.
Very pleased with the hitch, the service, and the follow up.
I installed this on my 2022 Ford Bronco Sport Badlands and it was as promised, an easy install.

The hitch fit nicely to the bronco just need to modify the bumper cover to fit the receiver. The quality is very impressive.
