Thank you for the information but I need more details to help you because Dexter has several torsion axle options. To determine the right trailer hubs, you will need to know your axle capacity. The easiest way to find this out is to look for a plate/sticker somewhere on the axle that provides information like part numbers, lengths, axle capacity.

If you can not find a label then find the size of your axle tube: Round with 1-3/4 inch diameter=2,000-lb axles, Round with 2-3/8 inch diameter=3,500-4,400-lb axle, Round with 3 inch diameter=7,000-lb axle.

Next, determine the bolt pattern so we can narrow down hub options.

Finally, find the size of bearings by either finding the stamped part number on the bearing or by measuring them with a digital caliper like Item # PTW80157. Measure the spindle at the inner and outer bearing seats.

After you have found out this information, send it to me and I can make specific recommendations.

Based on the picture you sent, it looks like you have a 2,500-lb trailer axle. We still have several options regarding hubs and drums and which one you need will be determined by your bearings and bolt pattern of your wheels. Common bearings for a 2,500-lb to 3,500-lb axle are inner bearings like Item # L68149 and outer bearings like Item # L44649. A common bolt pattern is 5 on 4-1/2 inch. I have attached some articles that go more into details about bearings and bolt patterns in case you need them. Based on this bearing and bolt pattern information, I recommend: 1. Trailer Idler Hub Assembly, Item # AKIHUB-545-35-EZ-K. This assembly fits E-Z Lube axles, works with standard axles from most manufacturers including Dexter, and has a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern. It also comes with bearings, races, grease seal, grease cap, and lug nuts. 2. Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly, Item # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K. This assembly fits E-Z Lube axles, works with standard axles from most manufacturers including Dexter, has a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern, and is compatible with electric and hydraulic drum brakes. It comes with bearings, races, grease seal, grease cap, and lug nuts. If these do not work for you, send me your bearing sizes and bolt pattern and I will make a correct recommendation. The Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly part #AKHD-545-35-EZ-K would be an excellent replacement for a Tru-Ryde Hub/Drum RVD-H-545. Then for new brakes, I recommend the Hydraulic Trailer Brake Kit part #AKFBBRK-35.

I was able to find the 126003 hub and was able to determine that it is a 3,500 lb hub/drum with a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern just like the #AKHD-545-35-K that you referenced. This hub will work as a replacement for your Lippert.
