It would appear the factory ramp gate pin is going to be something you have to get from Carry-On but I do have an option you can look at. The Bolt-On Stainless Steel Spring Latch # SL716SS is a great option with its stainless spring and pin with an aluminum base so you do not have to worry about rust damaging the components. I have included an image with the dimensions listed so you can determine if this could work as a replacement.
