The RhinoFLEX Rhino Blaster Pro Adapter # CAM39085 will allow you to not only rinse out your sewer hose, but also your tanks as well.
You will simply need to close the gate valve while your tank fills up and then open up the valve after it is full. This will allow the water to drain your tank and you can do that as many times as needed until you see the water running clean through the clear part of the adapter.
I have attached a review video to demonstrate this process.
