According to the owners manual, you must place the drive wheels of this vehicle on a dolly to avoid damage. If you will be towing this vehicle, I recommend the Roadmaster Tow Dolly with Electric Brakes - 4,250 lbs # RM-2050-1. If your 2018 Nissan Sentra is a manual transmission, then you can flat tow it with four wheels down, but the automatic transmission models would suffer damage without the use of a tow dolly.
