Question:
The trailer hitch you advertise is it able to be mounted on a 2016 Ford Focus ST where the exhaust comes out of the center of the car rear bumper

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11431 is designed for and confirmed to fit the Hatchback ST. There will be drilling required for installation, exhaust must be temporarily lowered for installation and access holes may need to be enlarged by drilling, filing, or rotary tool.
All non-trailer loads, bike racks, cargo carriers and so forth should be supported with stabilizing straps. Failure to properly support these loads will void your hitch warranty from Curt. The Curt Trailer Hitch Support Strap # 18050 is a great product to use with this hitch.
I've attached a picture that shows the receiver tube above the exhaust tips. As well as the install details to show the process. The exhaust must be temporarily lowered for the install.
Since this hitch is Class I, it can only be used with only with Class I accessories such as, the Curt Cargo Carrier # C18145 or the Swagman XC 2-Bike Rack Platform Style # S64650
