Front-Mount Hitch and Front Suspension Coil Helper Spring for 2016 Ford F-150 4x4
Question:
I didnt find a video for 2016 Ford?

The Curt front-mount hitch # C31068 is not a fit for your 2016 Ford F-150; it fits only older F-150s up to model year 2014.
For your truck we do have a confirmed fit for a front hitch, Draw-Tite # 65067. This offers 500-lbs vertical load and 9000-lbs line pull ratings and installs without drilling. It will require a bit of fascia trimming.
We have not yet had a local customer bring in their truck for installation so we have no video at this point but you can refer to the linked written instructions for step-by-step guidance. Both hitches include all required hardware. A helpful article on hitch installations is linked for you too.
If you are planning to use a snow plow like # K2AVAL8219 or other heavy front-hitch-mount accessory you might also consider a set of front jounce helper springs to stiffen the front suspension.
The USA-made SumoSprings Custom Coil Helper Springs # CSS-1094F offer simple installation and work to progressively stiffen the front suspension only when it is under load but they will not otherwise change your unloaded ride quality. This and their moderate cost make them a great upgrade when using a front-hitch accessory.
