Will the Firestone Fuse Circuit Tap Kit Work With a Mini Fuse?

I need a fuse tap to install the Rear View Safety Wireless Backup Camera System - Built-in Backup Sensors Item # RVS-5350-W Will the Firestone Fuse Circuit Tap Kit Item # F2526 physically fit into a fuse socket for a mini fuse on a 2005 Honda Element? The existing mini fuse size is 10.9 mm wide × 16.3 mm high. It is a 15 amp fuse. If not, do you have an alternative?

I went out to the warehouse to measure the Firestone Fuse Circuit Tap Kit # F2526 and found it was 11 mm wide.
