Question:
looking to mount turn/stop/brake lights into my 60inch wide cargo box on my dinghy towed 2014 jeep, patriot they will operate off of a RV What wiring harness is required

Stop, turn and tail light functions can be provided by basic 4-pole wiring, such as by the trailer wiring harness # 118552 that fits your 2014 Patriot or a flat towing (dinghy) harness that connects the RV lighting signals to the dinghy.
If you are looking to add the cargo box lights as supplements to your standard flat tow lighting you will want to consider a few things. First, additional lights will demand more power and so I suggest using high-efficiency LED type lights that will be less likely to overload the wiring. The total load on the RV wiring from all connected lights naturally needs to remain within the capacity for the specific flat towing wiring set up you have.
Second, installing lights in the cargo box will not eliminate the need to use an approved flat towing lighting kit. Local laws may vary but I would not presume that lights in the cargo box will be considered a legal substitute for towing lights.
Third, cutting into/modifying the cargo box will naturally void any warranty coverage on it and also could potentially introduce an entry point for water. Some weakening of the box structure may also result from creating holes in its rear surface.
Instead you might want to consider adding a set of magnetic tow lights such as # TLL21RK that can mount on the Patriot's roof to provide additional lighting for improved visibility. These have a 4-pole connector. All magnetic light kits are displayed on the linked page.
