We do have everything you will need to add electric brakes to your utility trailer but in order to recommend the correct parts I would need a bit of information from you. 1) Do you have a brake mounting flange on your trailer axle and if so how many bolts hole are attached? 2) What size are your trailer wheels? 3) What is the bolt pattern on your trailer wheels/hubs? 4) What are the inner and outer bearing seat diameters on your spindle or what are the numbers on your bearing? Once provided with the above information I would be glad to recommend the correct parts for you. To get a better idea of what is required, take a look at the articles I have attached for you.

For a braking assembly that will fit the 4-bolt brake mounting flange on your trailers axle and will work with the 15" wheels you have, I recommend taking a look at the Electric Trailer Brake Kit part # AKEBRK-35-SA. This electric braking assembly has self-adjusting shoes which offers optimum performance without having to take the time to make continuous adjustments. Since you will be adding a new braking assembly, you will also need new hubs/rotors. For this I recommend the Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly part # AKHD-545-35-K. This hub/drum combo has a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern and uses an L68149 (1.378" inner diameter) inner bearing and a L44649 (1.063" inner diameter) outer bearing. You will need to confirm both the bolt pattern and bearing numbers on your existing hubs/bearings in order to determine if this assembly will work for you. I have attached two articles to help you with each process. To complete your electric braking setup you will also need trailer wiring, breakaway kit, and a brake controller if you do not already have one. For a trailer wiring kit the Epicord 7-Way Molded Trailer Plug with Junction Box part # 277-000141 and the Deka Wire - Jacketed 7-Wire part # DW04914-1 (per foot) would work well for you.
