The Hopkins Custom Tail Light Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles # HM56108 referenced in your question is confirmed to fit your 2013 Chevrolet Equinox. This kit includes everything needed to wire your Equinox to accept your RV's tail, brake, and turn signal lights for flat towing. Additional relays are not needed with this kit on your vehicle. This will install using the built-in connection points located behind the vehicle's tail lights without needing to cut or splice any wires.
I have attached an installation video on the 2014 Equinox that you can use for reference.
I just recommend checking your copy of the owner's manual for any additional guidelines or restrictions with regards to flat towing the vehicle. In addition to the wiring kit, you will also need a base plate kit, tow bar, safety cables, and a supplemental braking system. Please let me know if you still need any of these items and I will be happy to make a recommendation. I have also attached an article on flat towing that you might find helpful.
