Question:

Im trying to determine which kit i need for my triple axle 5th wheel listed above. The swing shackles and spring bushings are very worn. I also would like to know whick axle flip kit/s i would need. Thank you very much for any insight.

We offer two versions of the Dexter Axle Over-Under Conversion kit, often called a flip kit, that are to be selected based on the diameter of the trailer's axles. Kit # K71-384-00 works with 2-3/8-inch diameter axles and kit # K71-385-00 works on 3-inch diameter axles.

Once installed each kit will lift the trailer by the sum of the axle diameter plus the height of the leaf spring stack. For example, a trailer with 3-inch axle that has a 2-inch tall leaf spring will pick up about 5-inches of height.
