Hi I have an 07 3105 week end warrior. I am making axle a top mount But their are no top plates on the top of axle do i need to weld some on?

When using an Over-Under Kit like the Dexter Trailer Springs Over-Under Conversion Kit for 2-3/8 inch axles # K71-384-00 or # K71-385-00 for 3 inch axles it is recommended to install a spring seat on the opposite side of the axle or at least tack weld the plate.
