I spoke with a representative of Blue Ox, who informed me that the older BX7330 tow bar would not work with the Blue Ox Base Plate Adapter Brackets for Bulldog Stubby Bumpers # BX88357. To flat tow with a Bulldog Stubby you would need a Blue Ox tow bar compatible with the Blue Ox Adapter Brackets such as the Blue Ox Alpha # BX7380.
