I have a 2012 wrangler with a xrc bumper will my blue ox model bx7420 tow bar work

We don't have a confirmed fitting baseplate for a Smittybilt XRC bumper, but since it has a D-Ring mounts you could reach out to Smittybilt and see if this bumper is rated for towing from the D-Rings. If so then you would just need to measure the thickness of the rings to see which adapter will fit.
Blue Ox currently offers two adapters, 7/8" thick D-Rings # BX88357 or 1" thick D-Rings # BX88358, that would be compatible with your Blue Ox Avail Non-Binding Tow Bar # BX7420.
If the bumper isn't rated for flat towing then you would need to switch back to the standard factory bumper in order to find a compatible baseplate.
