Question:

I just purchased a 2018 F150 with the “towing package” and “Pro Trailer Assist” comes a nice 8” LCD screen and camera on the tail gate. But I am looking for an additional camera to view the back of my RV, I need either a camera system that ties in to my existing 8” screen or a system that offers a camera and a large viewing screen

I do have some options for you to add a backup camera to your towing setup, but we do not have anything that will tie in directly to the camera system on your 2018 Ford F-150.

The best option would be for you to use the Rear View Safety Wireless Backup Camera System # RVS-4CAM which is wireless and comes with 1 backup camera. I recommend this option because you can add up to 3 more cameras and look at them in a "quad view" on the included 7" monitor. You can add additional cameras with part # RVS-DS1.

The next option I recommend with a 7" monitor is the Rear View Safety Backup Camera System with 2 Cameras # RVS-776614-213. This system does come with 1 backup camera and 2 side cameras, but it does not feature the quad view like the other system can. This system will need to be hardwired for installation.
