Which Color Wire is Brake Light Switch for 2017 Toyota Highlander for Installing Brake Controller

would you know which wire on the brake light switch is the cold brake wire the wire that gets power when pedal is depressed. thank you

We had the chance to install hardwire a brake controller to a 2017 Toyota Highlander and we found that the wire color for the cold side of the brake switch was green. If you check out the install video I attached below you can see the whole install process step-by-step.

The install kit part # ETBC7 is used to install the Primus IQ part # TK90160.
