What if the 1 1/4" is solid?

If the 1-1/4 inch accessories have a hollow shank the best option is the part # SHP2082 which is an anti-rattle device as well as a hitch lock.

For a similar setup designed for a 2 inch hitch opening you'd want the part # 63232 which is essentially the same thing but for the larger hitch size.

Then you'd need an anti-rattle device like the part # RM-061-125 which would go around the ball mount and hold it tight to the hitch opening.
