Question:
Do you carry the parts that attach to the rear bumper to hook your tie downs into?

I do have a set of turnbuckles & tie downs for your 2000 Ford F-250/F-350 but we currently do not have the bumper mounted tie down anchors. Instead you can either choose from a bed mounted tie down or a frame mounted tie down.
For a bed mounted tie down, I recommend using the Brophy Clamp On Camper Tie-Downs part # HSAB. As long as your external bed rail width does not exceed 5-1/2", and you have at least 2" of space beneath lip of your bed rail then they will work well for you.
If the width of your external bed rail is more than 5-1/2" or you do not have 2" of space beneath the lip of bed rail, you will want to use the Brophy Stake Pocket Mounted Camper Tie Downs part # TDSF. As long as your truck bed has stake pockets then these will also work well for you.
In order to secure your truck bed camper to either of these tie downs, I recommend using the Brophy Basic Turnbuckles w/ Hardware for Camper Tie-Downs part # TDHP.
In order to recommend a set of frame mounted tie downs I would need to know what size bed you have, if you have running boards, and the brand of hitch you have installed if any. Once provided with this information I would be able to recommend a set for you. I have also attached a list of all frame mounted tie downs confirmed to fit your vehicle for you.
For a set of frame mounted turn buckles, I recommend using the TorkLift Locking FastGun Turnbuckles for Frame-Mounted Tie-Downs part # TLS9529-2-LK. I have also attached several review videos of these products for you as well.
