Question:
I am looking for a 2inch ball, with a 2inch Shank rise, for a Class I/II hitch 3/4 shank diameter. All the High Rise balls I can find are for 1inch shank diameter or larger.

Like you said all of the hi-rise hitch balls have a larger shank diameter than 3/4 inches. They are all either 1 inch or 1-1/4 inch. But depending on how much total rise you need there may be a ball mount you can use that will get you close if not at the height you need.
I have included a link below to our help article that shows how to measure to select a ball mount with the correct rise or drop. The Class I ball mount with the most rise is # C45028 with 5-3/8 inches rise. But it has a very short shank. I have linked a video review of it for you.
