We do have the install instructions (linked to this answer page) for you to review, but unfortunately we have not yet had the opportunity to shoot a test fit video of the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BX2198 on any of the confirmed vehicles that it fits as of yet.
Keep in mind that to complete your flat towing setup you will also need a Tow Bar, Safety Cables, Vehicle Tow Bar Wiring, a Supplemental Braking System, and most likely a High-Low Adapter. I will go ahead and make some recommendations for you in case you do not yet have a complete setup.
For a Tow Bar I recommend the Blue Ox Alpha Tow Bar # BX7380 which is rated for 6,500 lbs and has similarly rated Safety Cables with a coiled design to help keep them from dragging on the ground.
For Vehicle Tow Bar Lighting I recommend the Roadmaster Standard Magnetic Tow Lights # RM-2120 which comes with 4-Way flat connectors. The great thing about magnetic tow lights is that you don't have to mess with the wiring on your vehicle. You just plug them up and go.
The most popular Supplemental Braking System that we have on our site is the SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System # SM99251. I recommend going with this setup not only because of the great customer reviews, but also because after the initial install there is no effort needed to activate it.
To keep your flat towing setup level you might need a High-Low Adapter. I have attached a link to our selection as well as a helpful article that explains how to determine what the correct one is for your application.
I have attached some review videos and additional helpful articles for you to check out as well.
