In order to find the correct replacement hubs for your Triton 2 Place Snowmobile Trailer, you will need to first determine a few things using your existing hubs or spindle.
I first recommend pulling the hubs on your trailer to check for the numbers that should be stamped onto the inner and outer bearings. If you cannot locate the numbers or if they are illegible, you can also measure the spindle at various locations where the bearings sit. I recommend using a digital caliper like # PTW80157, as the measurements will need to be exact. I have included an image that shows where these measurements should be taken. The bearing information is needed to ensure the new hub will fit your trailer's spindle.
You will also want to determine the bolt pattern on your hubs. I have attached an article that explains how to measure this on your hubs. Lastly, noting the axle capacity on your trailer will also help narrow down the possible choices.
For example, the etrailer.com Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K is designed for 3,500 pound axles and features a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern. It uses the # L68149 inner bearing and # L44649 outer bearing.
I have attached a link that will take you to our available selection of trailer hub and drum assemblies, along with a couple additional articles on trailer hubs and bearings that you might find helpful.
