Question:
2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk, v-6 I understand to flat tow my Trailhawk I must install new base plates and that my two recovery hooks will be removed. A is there any kits available which will allow me to retain the tow hooks? Or B are the new base plate and drawbar attachment points suitably strong enough to be used as recovery points for pulling another vehicle out of ditch?

You are correct that the pair of tow hooks on your 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk would need to be removed in order to install base plates such as the the Roadmaster EZ4 # RM-521446-4 and unfortunately there is no kit available that would allow you to keep the hooks removed.
In regards to your second question, the base plates and drawbar should only be used for their designed purpose of flat towing and not other means. I have attached a link to a video install of these base plates so you see the process.
