Is the Curt 13703 hitch the only brand available for attaching to the rear of a fifth wheel? I have 68 -1/4inch between the main I-Beam webs.

We have several models of trailer hitch that are suitable for mounting to the frame of an RV such as your 5th wheel trailer. These are shown on the linked page and are available to fit different frame widths. Curt # 13703 fits frames from 22- to 72-inches wide and is compatible with I-beam construction. This hitch can be bolted on or welded on.
Ultra-Fab also offers a weld-on hitch # UF35-946403 that will fit your I-beam frame but do please note this is intended only for use with hitch-mount accessories like an RV-approved bike rack Swagman Trailhead RV Bike Rack for 4 Bikes - 2" Hitches # S63381; it cannot be used to tow.
We also have bumper-mount hitches, displayed on the other link, that can be installed on an RV bumper provided that the bumper is rated by the RV maker to handle a hitch-mounted load.
