The Air Lift suspension enhancement kit spring part # AL84201 that you referenced is a replacement spring and would not be an entire kit like you would need for your 2002 Chevy Silverado 3500 dually.

For that you would want the part # AL57275 as it is a confirmed fit.

If you need more suspension support this kit would be what you would need. If the harshness you are describing is coming from the suspension bottoming out this would be the solution to fix that.
