Hi will these air bags help my ride on a heavier load so it wont be so rought on pot holes and bad roads 2002 Chevy Silverado LT crew daully 84thousand Raining outside now for pictures Looking for Replacement Air Spring for Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate System - Rear Axle - Qty 1

The Air Lift suspension enhancement kit spring part # AL84201 that you referenced is a replacement spring and would not be an entire kit like you would need for your 2002 Chevy Silverado 3500 dually.

For that you would want the part # AL57275 as it is a confirmed fit.

If you need more suspension support this kit would be what you would need. If the harshness you are describing is coming from the suspension bottoming out this would be the solution to fix that.
