Compressors are not included with air springs because not everyone wants to use them so they are available separately.
For your 2006 Chevy Silverado, if you have a 1500HD or 1500LD the correct part is the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL57272. If you have a 2500HD or 3500 the correct part is the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL57275.
You can then use a compressor that will make it much easier to inflate the air bags, the Air Lift Load Controller II Compressor System for Air Helper Springs - Single Path # AL25592.
