What Are The Best Towing Products For A 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee

I have another question. I'm having a difficult time finding an adapter for my trailer plug. I've been to the dealer and numerous other auto places and no one has ever seen the plug that's on my jeep. Do you know what this plug is?

You will also need a few other components before you can begin towing. This being a ball mount, hitch ball, and wiring harness. In order to select the correct ball mount, you will need to do a bit of measuring. You can see the attached article that will show you the proper way to do so. For a wiring harness, I recommend using the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness part # C55774 as this is a plug and play option with both 4 and 7-way connections. You will also need to take your vehicle to the Jeep dealer in order to activate your factory tow package.

The plug in question is a factory U.S. car connector that is installed on vehicles with the factory tow package. In order to use this plug, you will need the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # 118384 for 4-way trailers and the Replacement Multi-Tow 7-Way & 4 Pole Trailer Connector part # 74682 for 7-way trailer. I have attached an installation video of this harness on a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee for you.
