Tire Issues With Trailer Valet Systems

Question:
We are looking at the Trailer Valet XL, and have noted that many buyers have had issues with tire flats. There were some comments about using solid tires, and wonder if this change has been made? Thank you!

The Trailer Valet XL Trailer Dolly with Chain Drive - 2-5/16" Hitch Ball - 1,000 lbs TW # TVXL25 and the other Trailer Valet products continue to use pneumatic tires. Solid tires would not give you the functionality and traction that you need when moving a trailer. Just like any tires, when you hit the sidewall it can have a flat, or it you force it to the side without moving it forward or backwards it can break the bead seat. We have not had any issues here when they have been used numerous times. When used as instructed and within their capacity ratings this is a great product.
