I have a 2005 F250 6 3/4 bed and have the 5000lbs Airlift air bags that mount outside the frame. Will the Under bed mount from BWRVK3400-5W,BWGNRK1108-5W work with this set up?

I do have an option for you. However, the AirLift air bag kit # AL88291 is designed to work only on trucks with a B&W fifth wheel hitch 1105 or 1199R, both of which are obsolete.
Instad, take a look at the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL57397 (2WD) or # AL57398 (4WD). These kits are 100% compatible with your Custom Underbed Installation Kit for B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # BWGNRK1108-5W. I confirmed this with my contact at Air Lift.
