  Hey Frank, while we don't have Lumen outputs for either light you mentioned I can assure you the part # BUL111CFPG is a lot brighter than the # BUL28CLPB. This is evident in the video reviews I attached on this page and the by the amperage draw difference between them both. The part # BUL28CLPB draws .054 amps whereas the part # BUL111CFPG draws .386 amps. That's 7 times more amps drawn. We don't have the black trim ring you are looking for either as we only have the chrome part # A78CB.

  While we do not sell hitch extenders for 2-1/2" receivers, we may have a solution for you. Since most hitch extenders will reduce your towing capacity (usually by 50%), a better alternative is to use a longer ball mount for getting the clearance you need for your tailgate.
