Air Lift Air Helper Springs Compatible with B&W Turnover Ball GNRK1108 On a 2005 Ford F-250

Question:

I have a 2005 F250 shortbed 4x4 FX4 super duty. I also have a BandW GNRK1108 hitch system in my truck. I have heard lots of conflicting reports that these airbags AL88291 will not fit with the newer GNRK1108 hitches from BandW. Can I get some clarification that these will bolt onto my truck without modifying any of the brackets for the airbags or the hitch? IF there are modifications needed, whats required?

You will need to use the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs # AL88398 with the B&W Turnoverball # BWGNRK1108 on your 2005 Ford F-250. The Air Lift # AL88291 will not fit as it bolts to the same place as the mounting brackets on the B&W. The brackets for these cannot be modified to fit with the B&W.

The Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System # AL58WQ will allow you to control the air pressure from your smart phone. It has a smart manifold which will monitor the air pressure while you drive and make adjustments if the pressure changes by more than 3psi.
