I probably should have prefaced that I own the B&W Gooseneck Hitch # BWGNRK1108 already. Pictures are looking at the driver's side.

Would you be able to send me a picture of your air springs and where they are mounted? I don't think that the B&W Gooseneck Hitch # BWGNRK1108 will fit but I may be able to find you another solution to tow a gooseneck trailer. Some of the Air Lift kits are compatible with 5th wheel mounting kits but only certain part numbers.

The current air bags that you have on your 2005 Ford F-250 aren't compatible with the B&W hitch but I do have another solution for you. I spoke with my contact at Air Lift who said that if your F-250 is a 2WD you can use their kit part # AL57397 or for a 4WD use part # AL57398. These will replace your current springs and come with the necessary hardware and instructions for them to be compatible with the B&W hitch.
