Question:
Im looking for an air lift 5000 kit and I have a Gooseneck Trailer Hitch Turnoverball TM Direct-Fit 30000 Pound Weight Carrying Capacity Under Bed Stow-A-Way Ball Includes Side Plates/ Cross Members/ Mounting Hardware/ Center Section/ 2-5/16 Inch Ball/ Release Handle/ Safety Chain and U-Bolt Kit MFG PART NUMBER: GNRK1108. I see that two of your kits specifically say they will not work with the 1105 and 1199R version but will they work with my 1108?

So your best solution is going to be the Firestone Air Bag Kit part # F2400 which is confirmed as a fit for your 2005 Ford F-Series Super Duty and was designed specifically for fitting trucks that have in-bed hitches like the B and W hitch your truck has. I attached an install video for this for you to check out as well.
For a compressor kit the part # F2158 would be a great way to monitor the air pressure and make inflating the bags easy.
