Installation of the Curt Trailer Hitch, part # 11321, does require drilling on your 2005 Acura TL. The hitch will attach to the bumper beam, so it does not require trunk access.

If you plan on using a hitch mounted bike rack, you will need to use a bike rack designed to work with a Class I trailer hitch. You will be limited to carrying 2 bikes since all the hitches available for your Acura TL are Class I hitches.
