For your conversion to hydraulic brakes on your 7,000 lb dual axle RV, I recommend the Hydraulic Brake Kit - Uni-Servo - Free Backing - 12" - Left/Right Hand Assemblies - 5.5K to 7K # AKFBBRK-7. These assemblies are side specific and are labeled for you. These will work with your current hub and drum assemblies. For installation and adjustment, you will want the Brake Adjustment Spoon for Drum Brakes # W80630. If you need the mounting bolts for these assemblies, I recommend # BRKH12.

If you want the complete wiring, I recommend the HydraStar Marine Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator w/ Breakaway and 7-Way RV Harness - 1,000 psi # HS381-9065. If you have the wiring and just need the actuator, I recommend the HydraStar Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator for Drum Brakes - 1,000 psi # HBA-10.

For the brake line kit, I recommend the Kodiak Hydraulic Brake Line Kit - Tandem Axle - 24' # 24TA-BLKIT. This page shows you the layout for the brake lines. It is a strong flexible brake line for easier install and durability. This kit is also available in 20 foot # 20TA-BLKIT and 18 foot # 18TA-BLKIT.

Question:

I want to switch to Brake Rotors too. And get rid of the Drum brakes completely.

Since you want to switch to rotors too, that changes a few things, but not everything. You can still you the same brake line kit for your trailer and I recommend the Kodiak Hydraulic Brake Line Kit - Tandem Axle - 24' # 24TA-BLKIT. This page shows you the layout for the brake lines. It is a strong flexible brake line for easier install and durability. This kit is also available in 20 foot # 20TA-BLKIT and 18 foot # 18TA-BLKIT.

For a brake actuator, you will need a higher psi as disc brakes require 1600 psi versus the 1000 psi of drum brakes. I recommend you use the HydraStar Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator for Disc Brakes - 1,600 psi # HBA16.

For your disc brakes I recommend the Kodiak Disc Brake Kit - 13" Hub/Rotor - 8 on 6-1/2 - Dacromet - 7,000 lbs # K2HR712D. This assembly will fit your 7,000 lb axles and 16" or larger wheels. Using disc brakes will give you more consistent stopping and shorten your stopping distance. The Dacromet plating provides superior rust corrosion. The caplipers are self-adjusting and made of cast iron.

For these hubs with integrated discs, you will need the Bearing Kit, 14125A/ 25580 Bearings, 10-36 Seal # BK3-200. For a bearing cap you can use the Fulton Grease Cap - 2.722" Outer Diameter - 1-7/16" Tall - Drive In - Zinc Finish # F103314 or bearing buddies # BB2717.
