Trailer Hitch Recommendation for 2006 Toyota Tundra with or without Factory Tow Bumper

Question:
I cannot tell if my truck has the factory towable bumper. It does have the heavy duty package but not the towing package. Looking at the pics on your website, the bumpers on the trucks in both the compatible and non-compatible hitch pages look exactly the same. That said the draw-tite not compatible doesnt seem deep enough to accommodate the 5 or so inches from the frame to the bottom of the bumper. Please advise. I did not see dimension of each of the hitches on the web pages.

The good news is the Curt hitch part # 13184 is confirmed to fit either bumper style so it's going to work and allow you the peace of mind of not having to confirm what bumper style you have.
