Question:
I have a 2000 Tundra built in 1999. What are the torque rates for the 13184 trailer hitch? I have in my cart to purchase the following part numbers 13184, C55367, 11755, 18144, 814092. Do I have all the correct parts? Thanks! Steve

Hey Steve. The torque specs for the Curt Hitch item # 13184 are 86 ft-lbs for the M12 hardware and 110 ft-lbs for the 1/2" hardware. This hitch is confirmed to fit the 2000 Toyota Tundra. I've linked the installation instructions and a video below so you can see how to get it set up.
The Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector item # C55367 will add a 4-way harness to your Tundra. The Mounting Bracket 4-Pole Flat item # 18144 will give you a place to mount the 4-way to keep it off the ground. I recommend adding the No-Drill Mount for Electrical Mounting Bracket item # 18136 so you can attach the 4-way directly to your hitch.
The Dielectric Grease for Electrical Connectors, 2 oz item # 11755 will help with your electrical connections and fight against corrosion. The Nylon Tube Brush - 1/2" item # 814092 will clean out the existing holes in your Tundra's frame.
What kind of trailer do you have?
