2-1/2 Inch Trailer Hitch With Best Ground Clearance for a 2007 Chevy Silverado 3500 Classic

Question:
Is there one of these 2 1/2inch hitches that does not sit so low to the ground,they take away a lot of clearance. thanks

Ground clearance is generally not a problem on full size trucks like your 2007 Chevy Silverado 3500. With that said the 2-1/2 inch hitches for the truck do hang fairly low. The Draw-Tite hitches # DT45519 and # DT45517 fit a little tighter to the rear bumper than the other options but only just.
