This looks like the right one but just want to make sure. Ventline Model PH ... black. Plastic damper measures 10-7/8inch wide without tabs that are broken off x 4-3/8inch high. Will this be a direct replacement? Thank you.

For a Replacement Damper for a Ventline P-Series Range Hood with a horizontal vent we offer part # BCA0472-00 which also fits B and T series vents. Please refer to the linked photo that shows each of these Ventline vent styles. I went to our warehouse and measured this item myself. Note the damper measures 9-3/8- x 4-3/8 inches. The tip-to-tip measurement at the two tabs is 10-1/4-inches. Since this replacement part fits multiple products it might differ slightly from your vent's original damper.
