Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look at this Ventline replacement damper. Now this is going to replace a clogged or broken exhaust damper in your Ventline range hoods for motor homes and enclosed trailers. And this is going to fit your Ventline P, B, and T series range hoods as you see picture there on your screen. And this is designed for use with the horizontal exhaust models. And as you know, this damper is going to let air escape when the fan is running and it keeps debris out when the fan is off.
Just to give you the further confidence this is going to work for you, let me put a ruler up to this. So it looks like we're sitting pretty close to 9-1/2" long, 4-1/2" wide. This is the direct replacement from Ventline, so that can give you the confidence that this is going to fit right in place of that original damper. You're not gonna have to worry about compatibility issues, fitment issues, or anything like that. Well, that's gonna wrap up our real fast look today.

This is the exact replacement part I needed for my 1999 Dutchman 260 camper. Everything fit the Ventline range hood perfectly. As obscure of a part that this is, I was amazed to find it at all.. let alone from a trusted online retailer like etrailer.com. The product, checkout and shipping were spot on.

The part doesn't fit, it's to short, and the lady I spoke with says its the only flapper for ventline they have and says it not expensive enough to return . So now i have a new flapper that doesnt fit, and still no flapper to replace the missing one it's for a 2014 keystone hide out.. don't ever buy a keystone, one of their selling points is the awsome warranty, then when you try to get something fixed under warranty, they won't do it.

You mentioned that it is too small. I know that the damper is meant to be used with Ventline P, B, and T series range hoods that measure 9.44 inches long by 4.5 inches wide. What model of Ventline range hood do you have?

It is as advertised. Unfortunately, I forgot the measurement and was too lazy to go back out in heat to remeasure. It's about an inch too short. My fault.

We do have entire replacement wall vents for range hoods like the 10-1/2" x 3-3/4" Ventline # V2111-13 (which comes with a damper) but we don't have a replacement damper that we know for sure is compatible with your Jensen vent.
