Does this part fit my mobile home ventline. It has a sticker on the side of the fan marked model number PR-8 Also does this come with installation instructions?

The Replacement Damper # BCA0472-00 that you referenced is a fit for Ventline P, B, and T Series range hoods so it is compatible with your PR-8 range hood.

It does not come with installation instructions as you simply maneuver the damper so that the tabs on the outside fit into place.

We have one replacement damper that is pretty close to what you mentioned with the part #BCA0472-00 but this measures 9-7/16" long x 4-1/2" wide so it's about 1 inch less tall than what you mentioned.
