The shipping weight of B&W gooseneck hitch # BWGNRK1016 is 112 pounds. Subtract no more than 5 pounds for packaging and at the very least it weighs approximately 107 pounds. That is the combined weight of the hitch and installation kit (both are included). I have linked a video showing an example installation for you.
Individually the hitch head by itself has a shipping weight of 48 pounds and the install kit is at 64 pounds totaling out to 112 pounds shipping weight.
