Features to know about

Stable Handling on the Road: True Frame-Mounted Tie-Downs

These front tie-downs bolt directly to the truck’s frame, the strongest part of the vehicle, so the camper’s weight is distributed evenly and sits lower for better handling. That solid connection keeps your camper stable through crosswinds, rough roads, and sharp turns. By keeping the load secure and centered, you get safer, more predictable control behind the wheel.

Clean Look When Not in Use: Removable Arms

When you’re done hauling, just remove the tie-down arms and your truck looks nearly stock again. The brackets stay tucked up under the frame, out of sight and out of the way. It’s a small design detail that keeps your truck looking clean without giving up hauling capability when you need it.

Truck with TorkLift frame-mounted front camper tie-downs installed discreetly under the body, showing low-profile brackets for minimal visibility.

Quick Install Without Drilling: Custom Fit Hardware

These tie-downs bolt to existing holes in the frame, so installation calls for little to no drilling. The hardware fits tight to the frame with minimal loss of ground clearance, which means there’s no cutting or welding required. That lets you get your camper setup done faster and keeps your truck’s frame strong and unmodified.

Durable Finish for Long-Term Use: Powder Coated Steel

Built from black powder coated steel, the tie-downs are made to handle weather and road debris without rusting out or weakening. The corrosion-resistant finish helps them hold up through long trips, salty roads, and heavy use so you can count on lasting performance year after year.

Flexible Connection Options: Two Anchor Points

Each arm has two pin holes so you can extend them far enough to clear fenders or sidewalls while keeping a tight connection with your camper’s turnbuckles (sold separately). The dual anchor holes help you set the right angle for your tiedown tension, giving a solid hold that reduces shifting or movement on rough terrain.

The best system one can get for worry free camping. Etrailer communication and service has been superb.

Well, we called you today to inform you that one of the three packages didn't arrive via UPS. You said it showed delivered so basically we go pound dirt. A package was delivered here that did not belong to us. I literally had to get in my vehicle and track down the UPS truck. Low and behold he still had my 3rd box on his truck. That is obviously not your fault but the final response from you was very disappointing. We spend thousands with etrailer

Excellent design and product. Pretty much the only company out there with frame mounted tie downs. This is my second set I have purchased over the years. The only area for improvement is packaging. It’s 2021 and you’re wrapping powder coated steel in loose paper for shipping?? The brackets have ding marks and scratches and powder coat chips. Mix in some internal cardboard, bubble wrap or styrofoam.

Worked out great, fast shipping made it possible to install today. So a good experience I have placed another order for the Happijack quick turnbuckles too.

Got the Torklift C2225 for my 24 Chevy 3500. The good: easy to install, all the parts showed up, solid product. The bad: The box it was shipped in looked like it had been shot out of a cannon the parts themselves were rubbing against each other so bare metal was showing (which would rust immediately)the powder coating/painting of these was atrocious. Get yourself a good can of rust proof paint to redo these before installing. At close to $[XX] I would of expected more.
by:
I bought these for my 2020 Silverado 2500HD, and the fit was excellent. I advise any users to read and understand the instructions prior to installation, but with that in mind, installation only took a little over an hour. The fit was great and the inserts fit closely, but without contacting the body panels.

Felt like i was abused when i paid for the tie downs but then i was really happy with the final product so i guess i got screwed and i liked it. Honestly there's not allot of options and these are heavy duty and well thought out so once you bite the bullet you end up with a good overpriced product.
by:
Well they are the best because they are the only brand that makes truck camper tie downs like this. As far as quality they could be much better. This is my 5th set for decades I’ve had truck campers. By the time my truck is about 5 years old the torklifts are so rusted through you have to trade the entire vehicle in just to get rid of them. No joke. Better than happy jack though.
by:
Solid product. Installation easy with instructions
by:
Very heavy duty, solid construction. This is the second set I got since new truck used different part#. Barely noticable when not in use. Once again the company communicates throughout the whole ordering/delivery process.
by:
It was a pretty nice set up. One of the arms that slide in didn’t have the holes drilled all the way through. One of the bolts on the back mounts needed to be about a quarter inch longer. Other than that everything worked out well. Nice design.
by:
2022 Chevrolet Silverado 2500
Great product, easy install only thing I would change is a new bed bolt should be included that is a bit longer. Should hold the sxs and sxs rack nicely in place now.
by:
Fit perfectly. Instructions were good. Holds the camper firmly in place. Good to be able to remove the outriggers.
by:
Exactly as advertised.
Delivered by UP
S as promised.
Etrailer web site tutorials were big help.

@Rich Glad to hear it Rich! I must ask, on your cross country trip what was your favorite spot?
by:
Very easy install. Is a very solid mount. Can't say enough positive about etrailer's customer service and quick shipping!
by:
the front bracket upright is too thick and the factory bolts just barely engage the nut you should supply a 5mm longer bolt or make the upright out of narrower material also it would be nice if you included a cover/cap for the receiver ends so they don't get full off mud and such other wise the brackets fit and look to be strong enough

Great! Love them!

by:
Easy install, good directions, shipping packaged well. Installed in about 1.5 hours by myself, used impact to remove bed bolt. It requires a floor jack or good upper body strength to hold it up while starting the bed bolt back in, but smooth sailing after that. Gloves and long sleeves will keep you from getting underbody paint all over yourself. When not in use just remove extensions and unless you’re looking for it you will never notice them.
by:
shipping was good. product is good but it was missing the pull wires Made it difficult to install without them. all in all GOOD

Everything is still great no problems what so ever!

by:
These tie downs work great! They were relatively easy to install as well, all of the hardware and bolt feeding tools were supplied with the product.
The good thing about these tie downs, is that they are connected to the truck frame and not the truck bed or box, (which is mounted to the frame with rubber mounts) giving too much flexing while hauling a camper.
by:
Very easy to install on my High Country/Silvarado. Made to fit around, spare tire carrier and exhaust. Had on in about hour and a half. The fast guns are a must, adjust once and done.Have a 5th wheel so take camper on and off alot. Great product!
by:
Fairly easy to install, fit perfectly, and work as they should

These TorkLift tie downs are the best. Very strong and sturdy. I had a set on my last PU. They hold the camper in place very well. I installed these on my 2021 Silverado 2500HD

I have installed the new TORKLIFT frame mounted tiedowns on my 2020 GMC HD 2500.
After watching the video on your web site I installed all 4 without any problems. I was very impressed with the great fit and no need to drill anything using existing holes in the truck frame. Truck looks completely factory when extension bars are off. Great product.
by:
My bro-in-law helped me install the custom (fit MY truck) tie downs. We watched the [online] presentation. We followed the instructions and had the two front tie downs installed in an hour. I am completely satisfied ! Shipment of the tie downs arrived within one week of placing the order. The box had a hole along the seam and one spacer was missing. etrailer replaced the missing spacer and I received that package within 5 days. Very good customer service!
