The stabilizer jack I recommend for your enclosed cargo trailer is the Drop Leg Stabilizer Jack # TJ01RT because it will work well to stabilize your trailer for loading and unloading and is easy to engage when needed. The # TJ01RT drop leg stabilizer jack will install on the bottom of your enclosed trailer and can either be welded or bolted onto the trailer. I've attached an installation video for you to see an example of a bolt on installation. Additionally, this jack can support 1,000 pounds of vertical weight. Only 1 jack is included with # TJ01RT.
I really like these stabilizer jacks because it is easy to bring down the drop leg and let down the telescoping foot when the jack is needed. These jacks are much easier and quicker to engage than a scissor jack that must be cranked all the way down. When the drop leg jack is brought down, the bottom of the foot will be around 11-1/2 inches from the bottom of the trailer, leaving only minimal adjustment for the jack to hold the trailer level. For a more fine tune adjustment of this jack, you can use the Steel Handle # SJ-100-HD to help adjust the jack legs.
If you commonly unload your trailer on uneven ground a need a jack that will allow you a wider range of height adjustment, scissor jacks such as the Ultra-Fab Ultra Scissor Jacks # UF48-979002 that you referenced are a great choice. When fully retracted these jacks measure 4-3/4 inches and they have a lift of 24 inches. I've also attached a review video of these scissor jacks for you.
