Question:
Is it 17 1/2 inches between brackets? Will this fit a 2001 r-vision trail lite 5 th wheel?

Good news! I was able to go out to the warehouse and measure the etrailer landing gear # RVLG-8HDL for you.
I found that the distance between the weld stops from the outside to outside is 17-1/2 inches and from the inside to the inside of the weld stops is 15-1/2 inches. I have linked a dimensional diagram to this page for you to better see where I measured.
