Replacement Landing Gear for a 1996 Sea Breeze 5th Wheel Trailer

Updated 06/13/2017 | Published 06/09/2017

Question:

My landing gear on a 96 sea breeze is bolt in, the clamps are roughly 12inch a part, or 13inch from center to center of the cross bolt. The Weld stops are on the inside of the clamps so they measure roughly 12.25-12.5 from bottom of top to stop to top of bottom stop. What bolt in landing gear replacement will work on this, or am I going to need to go with a weld in and have someone weld new ones in place?

If you take a look at the picture I have included you will see several measurements on a landing gear leg. If your existing landing gear jack legs match then it has the standard spacing so # RVLG-8000 with motor # LC142178 is a great option that won't break the bank. If you also need to replace the switch use # LG-145236.

If your legs have different measurements let me know what they are and I can determine if there is a better option.

Not a problem. Given that the distance between your weld stops on the jack legs is 12-1/2 inches you can use Ultra-Fab landing gear # UF17-943010. It has 3 weld stops per leg. The two closest together are 12-1/2 inches apart. This is the only set that has weld stops with that spacing so it is the one I recommend. I included a picture with more measurements for you to view. I have also linked a video of the landing gear.
