I have a c13149 hitch I took off of a 2013 Rav and am going to reinstall on a 2016 Rav 4. Can I reuse the mounting bolts?

The Curt Hitch part # C13149 is a confirmed fit for your 2016 Toyota RAV4. You can't reuse the install hardware since the bolts are considered one-time-use.
You would need the part # RHK to get new hardware. On the product page you would just need to select Curt from the drop down menu and then enter the part # C13149 to get new hardware.
