What is the LED light kit for C18152 and is there a mounting for the license plate

Light kit # e98943-44LED is going to require drilling some holes through the top tube of Curt carrier # C18152. With any light kit you would have to make some modification like this for installation because there isn't a light kit made for the Curt cargo carriers.
This light kit comes with a license plate bracket that you could then mount to the rear of the carrier.
